Membership
Greetings I am a worker in the field --My main interest is membership-- When a stranger is made a brother -The lodge should get him involved in what ever line position he can do start him off with a small part---Then watch him assist him and then find out what he likes --Some are good at ritual-Some are not - Place him in a position that he is comfortable with-- DON'T force him on any job --He should want to try---Just an observation---YITF Mike Segal-Boston Ma-Aleppo Shriners----
