Default Passing the word along

I was wondering if anyone else has had any luck getting your Bro's from your lodge and/or area to check this site out ? I've been passing the word along myself so maybe a few will start joining .

I have tried my best. I have included several messages to my brethren in my district who are on my address book. I hope some have at least checked out the site.

Thank you to all who have been passing the word along. I'm working on a getting a bit better design for this site, and want to tweak the content section some. And then I plan on promoting it even more online. Sadly there isn't much out there that I can advertise on.

I've talked to a few Brothers from my Lodge, but not many seem interested. I think it is partly that not all understand the idea of online communities.

One thing I'm thinking of doing is setting up free websites for Lodges, based off of the software I'm using for my Lodges website, including hosting, and in return asking for a link here. But that is a few months away.

Most of the Bro's in my lodge , because of the age gap , doesn't know what an on-line community is either . I've been talking to the younger ones .

As for the web site hosting , I'd be for that . My lodge needs a website .

What would your Lodge be looking for in a website? Any layouts/designs you prefer?

I'd have to think on the design . All I would like is a welcome page with the lodge history on it , a page with all our Past Masters , a page for officers , a page for pictures and one with the goings-on . I don't think it would have to be to fancy .
