Default Centenary time for Freemasons

Freemasons in the Kurri, Weston and Abermain districts will start their centenary celebrations with a gala dinner on February 23.The dinner will be held 99 years and 364 days after a meeting was held in Kurri to resolve the formation of Kurri's first Masonic Lodge, Lodge Kurri Kurri 253.
"That first meeting was chaired by Wor Bro Richard Owens, who was also the first manager of the Kurri Kurri Co-Op Store," said Wor Bro Graham Smith who is the current Master of Lodge Tomalpin 253.
