Default Hi from The Colony, Texas!

First of all, I would like to say that I am pleased to find that there is a place online for Masons from all over to talk to one another.

That being said, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jacob Johnson, I am 23 years old, and I am a Fellowcraft Mason from The Colony Masonic Lodge #1451 in The Colony, Texas. I came to Masonry through my involvement in DeMolay, and through my Father's and Grandfather's involvement with the Lodge. I will be turning in my FC proficiency this Tuesday evening, and I will be raised on Saturday, Nov. 21. If there are any brothers in the area who could make it to a morning degree next Saturday, I'd love to have you come! Just contact me and I'll get you the information.

I'm also a professional guitarist, and am currently working on a degree in Music Performance in Classical Guitar. There's not too much to say about me, really... so I'll just let it go at that.

I'm glad to have found Freemason Hall! I'm sure you'll be hearing from me periodically.

Fraternally yours,
Jacob Johnson, FC

Freemasonry may be traced by history and tradition, ...it is only necessary to refer to the information presented to you in a general manner. Information considered "secret" to mason's will NOT be divulged. Seek and ye shall find, Ask and it will be given you, Type and it will be posted (and most likely, answered).

Greetings and salutations. Welcome to the site. Good luck with your proficiency, you will have to let us know how it goes. How are things over there in Texas?

Default Proficiency etc.

i'm sorry to have not gotten back to you guys til now, but the proficiency went very well, and the Master's Degree was the most moving thing i've ever witnessed in my entire life. I've already turned in the Master's proficiency, too. Hopefully this next year i will be a steward... we'll see.

how's everyone else doin?
