| Well the turkey was a big hit. I think it was a bit over cooked. I had put it on the smoker around 12:30ish this morning, and took it over around 12:30 pm this afternoon. Spent all night trying to stay awake to keep the embers going. I added some extra legs around 8am and took them off around noon. So much left overs. I do not think I will need to cook for a week or two.
