So at work they have found out I have some interests, one being anything mason related (still learning as I go). So now I am randomly getting notes left around the office, things like "witch" and some others I will not mention. Has anyone else deal with this before?

No, never. Take it to your supervisor, boss, and tell him/her that is harrassment (nicely) and without making threats you would like it to stop.

Something like this happened to me, except it was a 250 lbs. speech language therapist pinching me bum. I very professionally went to the superintendant, told her what had happened, told her I did not want any trouble, or anyone fired, and it was stopped that day.

Religious and fraternally bigotted people are probably behind it, so you probably have a pretty good idead of who it is anyway.

I have been accused of a few things because of my membership in the Fraternity , but never in a work place so I could just brush it off . I agree with Tensolator , take it to your higher ups . That is harrasment and should not be allowed , and it's childish to boot .

I've had no problems in my work place. Usually just questions. I get the whole devil worshiper/satanist outside of work in my personal life.

I guess I am lucky to live where I do, or associate with who I associate with, but I have not gotten any of the devil worshiper/satanist stuff said to me or notes sent. At least not to my face. maybe they say it and I don't know about it.
I agree with taking this problem to your supervisor, harassment is against the law and if a company tolerates it, they can get in a lot of trouble if you pursue it. Good Luck.

The notes are not legiable enough to point out who it could be but its possible that with some help maybe we could nab the person in the act. I never mind questions either but this is getting down right childish.

I agree with Tensolator and Ashlar 100%. Things like that are childish, but should not be tolerated. THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY, and that **** they do to you is morally not very different from which hunts in middle ages.

I'm not a very mature person, so if I'd found out somebody was writing me "anonymous" notes like that, i might punch his lights out. I was born in Russia, and since i've dealt with communism my tolerance for bigots and inbreeds like that is very thin. As popular saying goes: "I tolerate all - except the intolerant."

But yeah to answer your question i've dealt with things like that, or not LIKE that but something in the direction of unfounded hate.

Person who i grew up with, and whom i considered like my brother throughout my life, kinda walked out on me because i became a Mason. He tried to convince me that Masons are evil secret society who worship devil, and i should save my soul by quitting as soon as i can. When i was unconvinced i guess he decided to save himself - i haven't seen him online since (we communicated through internet usually).

Often, it seems, this kind of behaviour is the work of Evangelical types (as evidenced on the web). I don't know where you live but if you have one or more people from the religious right wing in your office, I am willing to bet that they probably have something to do with it. More often than not, these people are convinced that Freemasons are involved in satanic ritual and there is nothing we can do to convince them otherwise. Its a shame really.

While this kind of behavior is ignorant and should definitely be reported to your supervisors... I would have a great time outing the people responsible.

In the U.S. we have this thing called separation of church and state. We also have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Those are NOT dictated by any political party or religion.

So, it would appear that your constitutional rights are being violated. Unless those that choose to oppress you like the unemployment line. I'd ever so bluntly suggest they cease and desist their bigoted/ harassing activities.

If your boss is part of the problem, the ACLU and a host of other agencies will be more than happy to assist.
