I am in the look out for going back to work after 8 years. I know that Monster has a large number of jobs advertise. What other sites do you recommend? What advise do you have for someone going back to work after so many years?

I am also looking, but have only been out of the market for a year and a half. I have been getting good leads on Craigslist if that is available in your area. The unemployment office also has a website that you can look into. I think these 2 places are more current than Monster.

I found it easiest to use Craigslist to find a job when I was out. It is really easy to either have a broad range of jobs or to be as specific as you want and still come up with jobs in that search.
