North Summit County -- With a lot of myths circulating about Masonic organizations, local masons say they want the community to get to know them.

To that end, Summit Lodge No. 213 and Ashlar Lodge No. 639 invited area residents to an open house March 21. The two lodges share meeting space on the east or Twinsburg side of Shepard Road, opposite Ledge Road.

"The open house is basically to make people aware of what we're about," said Lee Pilous, master of Summit Lodge.
