![]() | Parents always strive to keep their children safe. Another tool is available to them in case their child runs away, is lost or abducted. Kansas Masonic Child Identification Program is sponsored by the Freemasons of Kansas and is provided free of charge, said Freemason Rodney Hannan. In the event a child is lost or abducted, the Amber Alert compatible CHIP CD gives law enforcement vital information to help locate the child. The program works closely with law enforcement, said Freemason and secretary of the Kilwinning Lodge in Pratt Brian Atteberry. At every identification event each child is photographed, fingerprinted, participate in a short video interview, given a DNA swab and parents give identification information. CHIP program helps parents recover missing kids - Pratt, KS - Pratt Tribune
