A seventh child, severely burned in a Mexico daycare fire, has arrived in Sacramento for treatment.

The young victim was wheeled into Shriner's Hospital for Children overnight on gurney loaded with special medical equipment.

A woman, who may be the child's mother, watched as paramedics carefully wheeled the toddler into the hospital.

Meanwhile, the death toll from that deadly daycare fire has risen to 46.
Another toddler died last week in the central city of Guadalajara. At least 20 children and five adults remain hospitalized.

Officials say the fire started at an adjacent warehouse and may have been sparked by a short circuit or overheating in the building's air conditioning system.
