Yes its incorporated. The condensed version of my story is between school and life I took a mini vacation. lol

What are the benefits of incorporation to a Masonic Lodge I wonder. I understand how incorporating helps a business with LLC and with bankruptcy and lawsuits, but I'm just trying to figure why a Lodge would need it?
