For the last two, you need to have millions (preferably billions) of dollars in your bank account to even be considered. It also helps if you own the bank you put your money in.
Well I do own the bank I keep my money in..... but I may be short a few bucks....can I borrow some money from everyone????
I have one here for Bilderberg's Trilateral Council for Bohemian Foreign Relations, they meet once year in a Druid oak grove/preserve (don't feed the Druids children) near Stonehenge. I found it under my petition to join the Procrastinators club (I have to get around to filling that out, its getting hard to read it so faded).
