Gaming Sponsorship?

I was just curious if anyone here knows of any sites by any chance that sponsor competitive teams for Call of Duty? I started an earlier thread on here before and I remember someone talking about they used to own a cyber cafe and things of that nature. I was wondering if anyone here could point me in a direction of anywhere?

I owned the cybercafe. Sponsorships were easy to get when that industry was booming. These days, if you're not winning Halo or Counterstrike tournaments left and right, there's a better chance of hitting the lottery.
