Good day Brethren and Guests as well as casual curiosity-seekers with an interest in Freemasonry. I'm a Past Master of my Lodge from Greensboro NC. I've been an active Freemason since 1976 and have found much merit within the Craft. I've had the honor to serve not only as Master of my Lodge, but also in the Grand Council of Royal and Select Masters in NC as Grand Master (1991) and the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar as Chief Instructor-Inspector and a District Commander. I've held other offices in the Allied Masonic Degrees, Grotto (past Monarch - AZUSA Grotto), and other various and sundry degrees and orders that don't matter for squat beyond their own organizational bounds - but are fun organizations that do good work.

My other passion is military history. I'm a retired Army Reserve Armor officer, with a career that spans the M48A1 gasoline-burning tank through the M1 Abrams (SWEET vehicle). I've been an active reenactor of the American War for Independence (see my unit website at: www.brigadeofguards.org ), War Between the States, World War I/Great War (and I actively collect memorabilia related to the US 30th Infantry Division in that war), and World War II. I'm also a bugle collector and volunteer Taps bugler.

Career-wise, I've been an Army officer, telecommunications professional and insurance professional. I'm still in insurance - mostly seniors' products like Final Expense Life Insurance and Medicare supplemental and other gap plans.

Greetings, I have good men with good advice and humor. I would ask that you read the E-masonry thread for starters. The landmarks listed there will show you the temperment of these Brothers.
