That's wonderful news! Congratulations and welcome to the land of "lets remodel this room". LOL My wife has endless ideas for what she wants to do with our house and it seems we are always working on something but I don't mind and it adds to the value of the house.

Thanks Brothers! We slept in the house, albeit in sleeping bags since we haven't got the furniture moved in yet, Sunday night as a special treat for our wedding anniversary. It felt great waking up in OUR place... and waking up to an alarm clock rather than the noisy neighbors was a good feeling too!

Congratulations! How awesome the feeling is. I bought my home 2 and a half years ago and still remember the day of signing! And yes, then we started the honey do lists!

After moving bunches and bunches of our stuff from the apartment to our home, I lay down in bed next to my wife, and just when I am about to drift off to sleep she goes "Tomorrow, you can put the mailbox up and..." Officially, the honey-do list has started. :)

Congratulations! Nothing as gratifying as seen the result of hard work. The sense of accomplishment and fulfillment has no equal. Now is a matter of working to keep it in good shape. Have fun!
