Hi. My name is Dewey Woods and I'm a 33 year old divorced father of 2 beautiful children. I approached my home lodge last week and filled out a petition. Yesterday, the investigating committee entered my home for the preliminaries. I have done a lot of research and hope to one day become a Freemason.

Rusty---I was actually amazed and I felt really comfortable. The guys made me feel like we were all old pals catching up on old times. It was very warming and serene. I really hope that I am accepted in to the lodge. I have met some really nice people there and it is definitely something I would love to be a part of.

You are on the right track, once you have the interview it normally fast track from there. You should still be able to visit the lodge and have dinner with the brothers before you become a member, I did and I enjoyed to get to know my future brothers. It also confirmed for me that this was something In really wanted to do.
