The Farwell Masonic Lodge 335 will host its St. Patrick's Day Casino Trip on Saturday, March 17. Everyone will leave the Farwell Masonic Temple, 413 Coker Drive in Farwell, at 7 a.m. and return at 8 p.m.

Cost for the event is $49 per person. Money must be turned in by Thursday, March 1. Mail checks to Farwell Masonic Lodge 335 c/o Gerald Shilling, 7378 Lake Station Ave., Lake, MI 48632. To use Visa or Master Card, call 989-544-2141. Seating is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

I know gambling is not allowed in Florida. Not sure about a Freemasonry function to a casino though.

Interesting type of fundraiser for a masonic lodge. Here that most likely would not be allowed. That would go against our code here.

You guys wouldn't be allowed to meet as a group and head there even if you're not holding a Lodge function?
