New Ky Mason to the site

I have been a member of Freemasonhall.com for a while but just have not had the time to come in and post or do much reading. Let me introduce myself, I have been a Mason since May 2010. My son and I were entered, passed and raised together. I am currently the Junior Warden in my home lodge, Greenhill Lodge #521, a member of Ted Adams Lodge of Research #998, and the York Rite Bodies of Ashland Ky. I completely enjoy being a Mason, and strive to live up to the ideals as best I can. I served this great nation for 22 years in the greatest Air Force in the world! I was a 2A771 Aircraft Metals Technology Specialist. (welder and machinist) I have made some of the best friends and brothers in Masons a person could ever ask for, and look forward to making many many more! Thank you for this opportunity to converse with my brothers, and hope to find more "light" every day!

I usually go to a black powder shoot in Louisa, KY on the first weekend of November. Maybe you, Ashlar, and I can get together for lunch this fall.

Sounds great! Give me a heads up, I work all weekends, if I know in advance, maybe I can get a day off!

You work Fridays, too? We usually drive up on the Friday before the weekend of the shoot. We might get together Friday night.

Yes, I work Thursday through Monday with my "rest days" Tuesday and Wednesday. I work all day shift, 0700-1500. That sounds good, would love to get together and visit! Have a great week!
