Texting can be kind of disconnected. Face to face talk, even if just for a moment is best, with a telephone call coming in second. Email would probably be behind texting, as at least with texting, there is usually immediate notification of the message coming in.

I agree. All too often people want to use "cool technology" to communicate. This is not how to make a good impression. If I were texted by someone I didn't really know, I wouldn't even respond.

I look at it this way. If you can't be bothered to pick up a telephone and talk to me, you obviously aren't that interested in what I have to say about the fraternity. Jes sayin'
 
It wasn't his cell. It was home no. I'n going to try to. Give him a call. To see if he's home. I don't want him. To upset at me if call. Because I called his house with his permission.
