I recently read this book and thought it to be amazing! My Masonic experience has not been nearly as dreadful as Bro. Porter but there is a ton of 'old hat' type stuff that I wish would change. I look forward to everyone sharing their thoughts!

I'm not sure I can speak to the subject without participating, at least once, in a traditional observance lodge. Or without reading the book.

My guess is Bro. Winter will chime in, as he is a founding member, I believe, of a TO lodge.

I've been invited to a TO lodge here in CA, which is pretty cool, as you can only visit with an invitation. What I have learned is pretty amazing. I like the part that when the lodge hits 72 members, it will split into 2 different lodges of 36 each.
