Freemasons and the Law

I've been here before
As Freemasons we are charged to be peaceable members of the State and submit cheerfully to it's authority and that we should not countenance rebellion or dissent. The wording will vary by jurisdiction. We know the American Founding Fathers who fought as the N.A. Insurrectionists did not obey that Charge. At what point would you consider breaking it?

Id consider it the second a bill like that infringed upon my constitutional rights.
