Fell off a ladder last night. Fractured 2 ribs, whiplash. At the house resting.

The ribs and I started PT yesterday, 'GOLLY' (think Airplane). Took the day off work I was in so much pain. Slept 3 hours.

Good to hear. Sometimes it feels like they'll never get better. when they say ribs only hurt when you laugh, they lie. They only hurt when you breathe.
