Shrine Declared Clandestine in Arkansas

We are seeing this more and more. The Shrine must learn that Craft Masonry is driving this bus and they cannot supersede the mandates of the Grand Lodge of their jurisdictions.

Isn't this the third occurrence of a state Shrine organization keeping an important Shriner a member, even though he had been expelled as a Mason? As I recall, one previous time in Arkansas, and once in Michigan.
Are they slow learners, or does the Shrine wish to divorce from Masonry, as I have heard rumored?
This is troubling.
