Sprained my Knee

Well, while loading up a van at work today, my knee decided to give way. Long story short, the doctor diagnosed me with a sprained MCL with possible meniscus damage. I have to go to my VA doctor to see if there is anymore damage.

Now I am laid up on the couch in a brace. What a great start to the weekend.
