Sorry to have to tell you this, but Freemasonry is suppressed and may be illegal in the ROC. This situation is quite common in socialist states and unless or until the governmental system there changes, it is unlikely that you will find Freemasonry in your country.

Sorry, Hong Kong is part of the PRC, too. I doubt you'd find a lodge there. There are Masons in the Phillipines, but most jurisdictions require you to be a resident of their jurisdiction.
