I have a question;
In the past I have seen a lot of Latin quotes, if I am right. In order to join the Freemason is the Latin language a must?

I did had a few semesters in school but back then in younger years I did not recognize is as such a important powerful tool and know how and I am very slow in translating these days .

I have seen many latin quotes in Lodges and other Masonic bodies. But to answer your question, no, Latin is not required.

The only requirement for language is you must be literate and be able to understand the ritual and obligations in the language it is presented.

No Latin is needed. Quotes in Latin are for the most part, little ingots from long ago.
