I now have official custody of my son! After a long and heated battle with my ex, I got the paper yesterday in black and white!! Such a relief that the court stuff is over, for now anyway.

Congratulations! The best to you and your son. This truly is great news. I know that most people only think of mothers as the only ones able to raise a kid, but there are tons of good fathers that do a better job.
Congrats!!! I also have been through the same situation and know it is really hard. The courts still believe moms are the best, but I know some really good fathers that do really well with their children!
