John Kitzmiller, M.D., were recognized for their expertise in plastic surgery, and Chief of Staff Richard Kagan, M.D., was recognized for his surgical expertise. Dr. Kagan has been chief of staff at Shriners Hospitals for Children® — Cincinnati since 2004 and served as president of the American Burn Association in 2007-2008. The hospital specializes in pediatric burn care and rehabilitation.
