In NC they can. Id is against the masonic code here to have sex with another woman out of wedlock. It was told to a brother that I know that it is like a don't ask don't tell thing when it comes to living with someone out of wedlick. If the GM found out that he was living with his girlfriend and not married he could be brought up on charges. He did get married to her and has a beautiful ne son with her, Bigamy would most likely be seen as no different. It goes against the MM ob as well as the code here.

Bigamy is illegal is most states, if only as a misdemeanor. So there are basic laws, rules, and regulations of FM should apply.
