Perhaps the way they get to hyper-sonic is by moving the air out from in front of the UFO, pushing it out the rear, and then occupying the resultant vacuum.

So it's really improbable that they even show up here on Earth given the Universe's vastness.

I still think it's kind of funny since almost all UFO sightings are experimental or current military aircraft. The SR-71 accounted for 90% of UFO sightings in New England when they were based out of Loering AFB.

if your smart enough to design a craft to travel potentially dozens or thousands of light years in a finite time period, suppressing a sonic boom probably isn't much of a challenge.

I have often wondered why most all who have been abducted by aliens are some (how to sound PC here ) umm , backwoods locals ? If aliens are abducting people it would seem to me they would want world leaders .
