Anyone ever read any of his books? I was offered one on loan, not sure if I'll take up the offer. Already back logged as usual. Plus his show on history just does not make me want to reach out for his books. Are they worth it?

I read the Book of Fate. Good book, but I'm not fond of his show on the History Channel. He kind of comes off as a douche...

Not sure if it was that one or another one. But that one sounds familiar. I thought it had fire in the name though.

The books came first, so if the TV series is built on that... I'm not impressed. I won't read his books.

The show has been useful though. Between that, Pawn Stars and all the other reality tv junk they have been showing I'm watching more Science channel now.
